These terms govern your use of ReplyInn, operated by BENYAHIA GROUP.
ReplyInn generates suggested replies to guest reviews using AI. You are responsible for reviewing each reply before you publish it. AI output can contain mistakes.
New accounts get a free trial (14 days or 30 replies, whichever comes first). Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Plans include a monthly reply allowance per property. Automated scraping, reselling or abusive use is not allowed.
You keep ownership of the reviews you paste and the replies generated for you. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will notify you by email of material changes.
