ReplyInn is operated by BENYAHIA GROUP (“we”). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, property name and the settings you enter.
• Content you paste: guest reviews and the replies we generate, stored so you can see your history.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: IP address and basic logs for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: generating replies, keeping your history, billing, support and security. We do not sell your data or use your content for advertising.

Processors

Review text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosting is provided by our server provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Guest data

Reviews may contain a guest's first name. Only paste what is already public on the review platform. Avoid pasting private booking details.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is open. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@replyinn.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Emails

We may email you about your account. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
